
MicroAPL Software Licence
APLX Support Libraries for Linux

1. Licence.   

MicroAPL Limited ('MicroAPL') grants you a non-exclusive licence (the 'Licence') 
to use the MicroAPL software program (the 'Software') accompanying this Licence 
provided it is used only in conjunction with applications created using APLX. 
You may not redistribute the software to third parties.

2. Copyright.   

This Software is owned by MicroAPL or its suppliers and is protected by copyright 
law and international copyright treaty.

3. Hazardous use.  

The Software is not fail-safe and must not be used in applications where failure 
could cause injury, death, environmental damage, or direct financial or physical loss.

4. Restrictions.

You may not rent or lease the Software to a third party but you may transfer your 
rights under this Licence on a permanent basis provided you transfer this Licence, 
the Software documentation and all copies of the Software and the recipient 
agrees to all terms of this Licence.  You may not modify, reverse engineer, 
decompile or disassemble the Software.  

5. No Warranty.   

MicroAPL provides the Software and associated documentation without warranty of 
any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or warranties 
of quality or performance.   In no event will MicroAPL or its employees and 
agents or suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability
